The New York Knicks have to improve the roster that needs the addition of a shooter. The Athletic’s Fred Katz cited Torrey Craig as a potential target.
Craig would be a solid asset to Thibodeau for his defense as well but it won’t be easy to sign him for the Knicks. Phoenix could decide to overpay him to keep him if they decide to continue not to worry about the luxury tax. And some would argue they should see that he’s pretty much the perfect type of player to pair with the star-studded trio of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal.
Craig would be an important addition for the Knicks and would bring even more enthusiasm among the fans but it will not be easy to get it for Leon Rose.
