This is Randle’s second year in New York, with his first round ending very differently than it seems. Despite the hardships that plagued him and the team last season, Randle said it was something he was hungry for.
“Two years ago, two summers ago, when I signed up to play for the Knicks, I had other choices and things like that, but for me, I wanted that experience of being a Knick in New York,” Randle said.
“The Knicks, they weren’t a good team obviously when I got here and I just wanted to be part of the rebuild, establish the culture here. The fans really appreciate that the boys come every night, they wear their helmets, they work hard, they play. hard and they play as a team, so they love it for sure”.
