Knicks’ Josh Hart puts Tom Thibodeau in trouble

Josh Hart has had a very good impact with the Knicks. Good statistics for him in his debut against the Jazz which also coincided with the victory in New York. Hart was the first addition to the tradeline and at the Knicks he found two of his old teammates, Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle. Both will facilitate his introduction to the Knicks and Hart also seems to have the right attitude. Shortly before his Garden debut, Hart stated that he hadn’t expected to be traded so much in six years and that now he would like to stop, finding a home in New York.

An attitude that bodes well for the present and the future, which will surely push Hart to give his best from day one. Thibodeau knows this well and in fact his arrival will probably mean reduced roles for Miles McBride and Quentin Grimes.

It’s no coincidence that McBride didn’t play on Saturday while Grimes only played 22 minutes. It should be noted that McBride was part of the rotations in the last 35 games.

“These things are tough, but you always have to do what’s best for the team,” said manager Tom Thibodeau. “What makes the team work best, and we’ll go from there.”

Josh Hart is ready to take the Knicks.
