Governor Andrew Cuomo says major New York venues can reopen at 10% capacity

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Wednesday that major sports venues across the state – with a capacity of 10,000 people or more – may reopen to 10 percent capacity.

Cuomo said in accordance with the New York State Department of Health, anyone planning to participate must return a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the game. During the games, face liners will be required, along with temperature controls. It is also mandatory to assign seats at a social distance.

This means Knicks fans can return to Madison Square Garden.
