Even though the Knicks managed to get past Philadelphia in the first round, Josh Hart said they are not the same team without Julius Randle, SNY’s Ian Begley relay.
Randle has been out of action since fracturing his right shoulder in late January. “He IS an All-Star. He’s averaging 24-9-and-5 or whatever, so playmaking, shot making, that’s something we’re missing,” Hart said. “It’s funny: When people talk about us they kind of forget the big void that we have of 24/9. It’s not like it’s out there with us 70-80%. So this is a big void that we knew would be hard to fill but; his playmaking, his shot, his energy are something we definitely miss.”
