Four stars are linked to the Knicks

The Knicks went out in the conference semifinals but the future looks bright and positive for New York.

Jalen Brunson, who now has one of the best value contracts in the league, solidified himself as a breakout star, RJ Barrett re-entered the Knicks’ future plans with his incredible playoff play, Quentin Grimes and Immanuel Quickley they remain two young players that many hold in high regard, and the Knicks have an abundant amount of picks coming. And because of that, many, including ESPN’s Bobby Marks, believe the Knicks are in the perfect place to land a star like Bradley Beal, Damian Lillard, Karl-Anthony Towns, or even DeMar DeRozan.

But Leon Rose and the Knicks need to be cautious about who they look for and how much they give up and that’s a point that many fans and reporters are overlooking for some reason. New York is in a prime position to move up into championship contention in a move or two, but their roster is neither good enough nor versatile enough to warrant acquiring anyone.
