The Knicks win overtime over the Grizzlies

Victory torn for the Knicks, at the end of a painful match in which they were down for practically the whole game and by 13 points in the middle of the last quarter. A three-point play by Julius Randle and a couple of plays by RJ Barrett, however, evened the score in regulation, with Ja Morant missing the shot of the possible victory, leaving the field open to his opponents.

9 of Alec Burks’ 19 points made the difference in extra time, but many Knicks made their contribution. Immanuel Quickley and Barrett were the best with 20 points, in addition to Derrick Rose’s 19 and above all Randle’s triple double, who despite shooting badly (4/12 shooting and zero points in the first half) closed with 15-10-11. Quintet all in double figures for the Grizzlies (Morant 26, Brooks 23 and Valanciunas 20 + 14), who however see their streak of victories interrupted by four.
