The Knicks’ trade proposal trades RJ Barrett for Zach LaVine

If the Knicks decide to get a little more experimental with their offseason talent backing businesses, Zach Buckley believes the trade route could also be an option for them.

Just recently, he pitched a business idea that would bring in Chicago Bulls franchise star Zach LaVine for an upcoming package starring RJ Barrett and Obi Toppin.

“This probably wasn’t his best season—his player efficiency rating was only fourth best, according to Basketball Reference—and he still finished it with per-game averages of 24.8 points and 4.2 assist All three layers of his 48.5/37.5/84.8 shooting cut improved the New York team’s grades. He is an elite goalscorer and would immediately form a point-producing three-headed monster alongside Brunson and Randle,” Buckley wrote.
