Knicks’ Julius Randle loses $1.28 million bonus due to missed games

According to NBA front office member Bobby Marks of ESPN, New York Knicks star Julius Randle missed out on a $1.28 million bonus due to missed games.

The incentive was for games played (65) and the Knicks reaching the first round of the playoffs.

Randle suffered a dislocated right shoulder on Jan. 27 against the Miami Heat.

The Knicks signed Randle to a four-year, $117 million extension in August 2021. The Kentucky product is making $25.7 million this season.
