The New York Knicks are the team perpetually looking to improve the roster, so that means completing trades. The closest name to being swapped is Derrick Rose. The former Bulls is nearing the end of his career and has never won a title. Rose could therefore end up in a team that is in the fight for a title, between now and the next 2-3 seasons.
Although this is a very bad season for them, the Los Angeles Lakers could be Derrick Rose‘s next team. This isn’t the first time Rose has been linked to the Lakers. Rose has never hidden that he wants to play for the Lakers one day, but doing so now would mean not winning the title.
The Lakers would also like to sign Rose, but Rose’s desire to win a title could prevent this from happening. It is to be expected that other top teams could trade Derrick Rose before the Lakers.
