The Knicks will need Robinson to step up in Game 3

Mitchell Robinson had a relatively strong postseason debut overall but struggled in Game 2 on Tuesday when he found himself in trouble early and struggled to counter the balanced offense of Miami’s smaller lineup.

Luckily for the Knicks, Isaiah Hartenstein filled the void left by Robinson with crucial offensive rebounds in the closing stretch of Game 2. The Knicks will need Robinson to step up in Game 3, which begins by limiting fouls and maintaining a strong home defense.

If Robinson can achieve this, he could have a huge rebounding game, leading to a dominant performance indoors, an area in which he excels when he’s in shape.
