RJ Barrett has been doing it all year. Barrett was the goat in Phoenix for his incoming snafu with 1.8 seconds left in the third quarter that turned the game around when the Knicks folded in the fourth quarter against the Suns. Thibodeau was angry at their lack of concentration in the final frame.
Well, Barrett responded on Sunday with 18 points, scored 4 out of 7 3 and blocked Paul George’s drive along the stretch.
“I missed the last game,” Barrett said. “Today was a great rebound and it was really good. Today I was cursed in a timeout early in the fourth. It was nice. I picked it up. The team picked it up and we got the victory”.
