Knicks, tonight the return to the Garden

After nine long months the New York Knicks return to Garden.
Tonight the Knicks hosted the first of two games against the Cleveland Cavaliers at home. The Cavs are 2-0 in the pre-season so far, beating the Pacers twice at home. After this set we move to the regular season in which the Knicks will face those Pacers. Tom Thibodeau made it clear that the rotation needs to be resolved on its own and that will happen in the next few games and possibly weeks.

As Tom Thibodeau continues to do some mixing and matching, the bigger question will be whether or not he intends to push Dennis Smith Jr. in favor of a more extended look at Immanuel Quickley. Another thing to look for is whether the Kevin Knox experiment is coming to an end or not. If Austin Rivers is ready, he probably pushes those two down in the rotation with guys like Alec Burks and Frank Ntilikina.
