Tom Thibodeau has infected the Knicks, who have fully accepted his structure and the demands of a total effort. He too had to tell them that Thursday they had to take a break from training, calling it a “blackout day”.
“With a condensed schedule, you have to be smart about what you’re doing, I think,” Thibodeau said. “As a manager, you are always concerned about the pace of the team. I love our group. We have such a great group of guys who are all serious, hardworking, dedicated. You couldn’t ask for more as a manager.”
