After turning out the lights on the opening night of the season, RJ Barrett ran into some tough times, the second of which coincided with a losing streak.
But despite the Knicks having their three-game winning streak Friday night against the Kings in Sacramento, California, Barrett rediscovered his touch and made a big impact in the process.
“We’re just trying to work hard and grind every day,” Barrett said after scoring 28 career points out of 10 of 17 in Thursday’s win over the Warriors. “This is really what we are trying to do. We are really focused. We gave our all and will continue to do so throughout the season”.
