Knicks, Randle: “The team gave me a lot of energy”

Julius Randle entered Game 5 shooting 37.5% from the floor and 23% from beyond the arc. As Game 5 began, it looked like his shooting struggles would continue. He started off by missing six of seven rounds after being shot in the eye shortly after the tip-off.

“I really couldn’t see anything in the first quarter,” Randle said later. “But seeing the guys come out and compete like that energized me. I started feeling a little better after that. I’m just happy that I can get a win.”
