Mitchell Robinson took to Instagram following the procedure Tuesday with a cheery message to Knicks fans. He also revealed that this was his first surgery of his, which explains why Robinson seemed so unsure that he even injured his hand in last week’s game.
“It was crazy because, at first, I didn’t know – do you know what I mean?” Robinson said. “So I just thought it was a numb little thing and I can just shake it off, come right back. But it started to hurt me, so I thought, ‘Something’s wrong.’ So we checked, examined and things like that”.
