Mike Woodson is leaving New York to coach at his alma mater, Indiana.

63-year-old Woodson has accepted the position of next Hoosiers coach, the school announced on Sunday.

Woodson, the fifth highest scorer in Indiana history, returned to the Knicks as one of Tom Thibodeau’s assistants this season after serving as head coach for more than two seasons from 2012-2014, including the only round win. playoff of the franchise from 2000 to 2013.
