Knicks, Julius Randle warns Bucks: ‘I packed my bags for Vegas’

New York Knicks forward Julius Randle has all the confidence in the world that his team will be able to take care of business in the quarterfinals of the NBA’s inaugural In-Season Tournament this Tuesday on the road against the Milwaukee Bucks.

In fact, it appears he’s already looking ahead to the Bucks, revealing that his bags are packed for Las Vegas, meaning he fully expects New York to take out Giannis Antetokounmpo and company.

“I packed my bags for Vegas,” Randle said Monday, according to Peter Botte of the New York Post.

The showdown against the Bucks will also be an opportunity for the Knicks to avenge their 110-105 loss to Milwaukee on Nov. 3. In that game, Randle scored 16 points but needed 20 field goals to get there. However, he had 12 rebounds, five assists and two steals in 39 minutes of on-court action.

“We are excited. We see it as a great opportunity to come out, play, compete against the best and compete for something. I think every guy in the locker room is excited,” Randle added. “It feels good. We’ll see how we perform against one of the best teams in the league.”
