Josh Hart wasn’t the only player on the bench to make an impact, as backup center Isaiah Hartenstein was a +19 in scoring with eight points and five rebounds in 22 minutes. He went on to say that the energy from the bench has been key and it’s something they’ve been trying to carry throughout the season.
“I think we just brought in a lot of energy off the bench,” Hartenstein said. “I think you have a lot of guys on the bench who in other teams probably can start. I think whenever Josh, Quickley, Obi, or I enter the game, it doesn’t matter what’s on the board We’re just trying to come in and play the right way and I think that’s what makes us more effective.”
