Obama has been making the rounds of interviews in recent weeks while promoting his new book, “A Promised Land,” and sat down with comedians Desus Nice and The Kid Mero for an episode that airs Sunday.
In true Obama style, he swung in as he entered the library where Nice and Mero were waiting for him.
“I’ve seen some of the footage of you all with Booker,” Obama said, referring to a previous interview the duo did with New Jersey Senator Cory Booker where they were getting shots in the gym.
Though Nice and Mero began trying to defend their game, Obama cleverly cut them off.
“Here’s the good news,” he said. “Looks like all of you could play for the Knicks.”
Of course, they lost him, as anyone would have done when compared to the Knicks.
