Knicks fans are quickly learning that Immanuel Quickley has a pretty good floater, which he featured in several preseason games, most notably, New York’s win over Cleveland last week.

After the game, Quickley even mentioned the college Synergy stats which should have made it obvious to anyone who pays attention that this is a strength of his game.

During his second season, Quickley scored 0.94 points per possession with his float, which ranked him in the top 81 percentiles in college basketball. Combined with her deadly outside shots, she is able to keep defenders on their toes as she pumps fakes, drives and draws contact to reach the free throw line, or pulls up short and converts using her float.
