Tom Thibodeau has no regrets about taking a job at the Knicks despite other open positions in the NBA

No regrets for Tom Thibodeau for choosing to become the head coach of the New York Knicks, although five other positions were free in the NBA shortly after Thibodeau struck a deal with the Knicks, according to Marc Berman of the New York Post.

Thibodeau’s trust in Leon Rose played a key role in accepting the job.

The Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76er, Oklahoma City Thunder, Indiana Pacers, and Houston Rockets were the five teams that still had head coach positions open immediately after Thibodeau’s deal with the Knicks.
