Thibodeau reveals his emotions from the first time at the Garden

Tom Thibodeau told to the The Post about his first time at the Garden:

The first time was as an assistant to Minnesota. I remember walking through the Garden many times as a fan, so joining as a coach was such a thrill, not just for me, but having my family there. And feeling the building from that perspective was fantastic for me. In ’96, when Jeff hired me there, being in the big Garden games with fantastic moments, it was an incredible feeling, just because there is no other city like this in the world – only the biggest arena, every player becomes so excited to play there. And the fans … it’s electric. Sitting on the bench during the finals has been incredible experiences and memories that will remain with me for obviously my whole life.
