The NBA is returning without the Knicks

The Board of Governors is expected to restart the league in Orlando, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of St. Bonaventure, who kicked off a series of flash bangs this morning that detail the picture. A conference call to finalize things is set for tomorrow afternoon.

Basically all teams will isolate themselves in a magical realm where they will be constantly tested for COVID-19 and opposing forces will get along after moving away, nose to nose in the heat of battle. The Knicks will be spared in this money challenge challenged by Disney as only teams adjacent to the playoffs and playoffs will be present. Which basically means the whole Western Conference minus Warriors and Timberwolves.

For the East this obviously means that the Knicks, together with Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta and Cleveland will all remain at home and remain in quarantine.
