The San Antonio Spurs have made it clear that LaMarcus Aldridge and DeMar DeRozan are available via exchange, according to league sources.
According to Bleacher Report, the New York Knicks have considered acquiring DeRozan, the sources said, but New York has the same reservations about that possible move with Victor Oladipo.
