Despite being hit hard by injuries in recent weeks, the Knicks aren’t complaining about their bad luck, Josh Hart said Tuesday after the team lost for the sixth time in their last eight games. “We won’t complain about injuries. … Whenever you go through adversity, you have two choices,” Hart said, according to Peter Botte of the New York Post. “You’re the first to face it head on. And don’t complain, just work. And then there’s the other one who gets into a ball and complains and cries about it. So I don’t think that’s what anyone in this locker room is doing.”
