The former New York Knicks NBA picks first-round signs with the G League team

Kevin Knox played 31 games this season (for the Detroit Pistons) and was traded to the Utah Jazz last month.

However, the Jazz waived Knox and he did not appear in a game for the franchise.

Knox averaged 7.2 points and 2.4 rebounds per game, shooting 46.2 percent from the field and 33.0 percent from three-point range in 31 games.

On Friday, the Rip City Remix (G League affiliate of the Portland Trail Blazers) announced that they had signed the former Kentucky star (h/t Alberto De Roa of HoopsHype ).
