Stephon Marbury wants to bring 10 million masks to New York

Stephon Marbury no longer lives in the United States, having moved permanently to China where he has become the most popular face of basketball. His heart, however, is always New York, and for this the former player of T’Wolves, Nets, Suns, Knicks and Celtics is trying to do his part in helping one of the cities most affected by the coronavirus. As the player himself told the New York Post, Marbury has entered into an agreement with a Chinese company to manufacture and ship 10 million N95 medical masks to the Big Apple at a cost of $ 2.75 each.

Even though I live in Beijing, I still come from Brooklyn“, he told the New York Post. “Helping New York is something that is very important to me and that is close to my heart. I have a good part of my family on Coney Island, I know when it is important for people to wear masks during this time“.
