Paul Pierce gives a blunt dig at the Knicks following their Game 4 loss to the Pacers

The New York Knicks have lost back-to-back games against the Indiana Pacers after taking a 2-0 series lead, and Boston Celtics legend and current Fox Sports analyst Paul Pierce thinks their thrilling playoff run has come to an end .

“The Knicks are done, I’m telling you, they’re done,” Pierce told FS1’s Undisputed. “We’ll take them out of the oven, put them on the stove, and serve you a couple of plates with dessert.”

The Knicks were beaten by the Pacers, 121-89, in Game 4 of their second-round postseason matchup Monday afternoon in an affair in which New York simply looked exhausted. The Knicks trailed by as many as 43 points in the loss and will now return to Madison Square Garden for a decisive Game 5.

New York looked good in the early stages of this playoff series with Indiana, rallying from double-digit deficits in each of the first two games to take a commanding lead in the series.

But all the injuries the Knicks are dealing with seem to have caught up with them.
