New York Knicks should pounce for Zach LaVine

With the new executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas taking over the Bulls, it’s not clear which players are safe in Chicago.

If Zach LaVine becomes available, New York could go on. There is no concern about its possible adaptation near the RJ Barrett shooting guard.

For Chicago, young talent and draft choices would likely compensate for a new front office that seeks to attract its players. The Knicks have many choices to offer and could keep their lottery selection this season and still send two 2020 choices to the Bulls. Knox and Smith Jr. have fought this year, but they are both still young enough to become quality appetizers.
