Marcus Morris hopes not to be handed over to the Knicks

Marcus Morris, leader and top scorer of the New York Knicks, knows clearly that the team could decide to sell him before the deadline, to avoid being in the uncomfortable position of losing him for nothing in July.

Morris would be a player very convenient for many teams which can potentially compete for the title, but Morris on his part would prefer to stay in the Big Apple and be the star of a new cycle: “I love being in New York, whether you win, lose or draws. I’m here to help the team change things, I’m certainly not looking for a trade. This is my approach, but then I know we are in the NBA”.

Marcus Morris is currently the Knicks’ top scorer with 18.9 points per game and the Knicks risk losing him earlier than expected.
