Malcolm Brogdon main target of the Knicks in the offseason

Malcolm Brogdon was an interesting name that launched just before the NBA trade deadline of March 25 last month and we wrote about why the Knicks should target him here.

Rumors seemed to suggest that the Pacers were at least listening to offers for Virginia’s former second round pick.

The Pacers have been in a major rut all season, and even after replacing Victor Oladipo with Car LeVert, he hasn’t helped the team improve much.

If big names like Domantas Sabonis and Malcolm Brogdon are mentioned in the commercial rumors, it means there are questions within the Pacers front office about the direction of the team.

Even though Brogdon’s age doesn’t fit the Knicks timeline right now, I think the concept of a timeline is out the window due to their recent success.

Brogdon will earn just under $ 22 million next year and $ 23 million the following year, so acquiring him wouldn’t completely cripple their cover space in the future.
