Starting center Mitchell Robinson is expected to miss the remainder of 2024, rehabbing from two ankle surgeries that ended his 2023-24 season. “The Knicks needed a five, and a lot of that is Mitchell Robinson, Stephen, I don’t want to break your heart so early, but I’ve been told he’s out for the remainder of the 2024 calendar year,” Charania said. “He’ll wait for his season debut in January.
