The New York Knicks found their groove against the Orlando Magic and won 121-106 on Tuesday night.
The Knicks were as efficient as ever against an elite defensive team like the Magic. Orlando had the third-best defensive rating (105.1) in the NBA going into the night. New York shot 51 percent from the field, 43 percent from three-point range, and was flawless at the free throw line in this game.
The 50-40-90 performance was impressive. The Magic played man-to-man defense in every aspect, using their length to hunt down the Knicks’ point guards. Elite defenders like Jalen Suggs and Jonathan Isaac tried to make life hell for Knicks All-Star Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart and company, but to little effect
