Tom Thibodeau, who obviously has been with Rose for many years during his stints in Chicago, Minnesota and now in New York, talked about his growth over time.
“Initially, he was only 22 when we were first together in Chicago, and just where he is today and all the things he’s been through, and knowing the kind of person he is and the family he’s from, and seeing how much he has grown as a parent, how he is with his children; on and off the floor, he is in a really good place, “Thibodeau said.
“Whatever you ask him to do, the team has always been the first for him from the beginning until now … He is a great example for all our young boys.”
