Knicks Takeaways from Sunday’s 130-110 win over Bucks

The Knicks stun the Bucks 130-110 at MSG by winning their first game of the season.
Julius Randle and Elfrid Payton are the MVPs of the Knicks’ first win of the season, leading the team to victory over the Bucks – last season’s # 1 seed in the East – Sunday night. The two are both in their second season in New York and seem to fit in better with MSG’s lights.

Randle scored 29 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists, while shooting 3-5 threes and had to defend the back-to-back MVP in charge, Giannis Antetokounmpo, on the other side.

Payton was extremely efficient on Sunday after a tough 0-6 on Saturday, going 12-16 from the field and 3-3 from three, finishing the game with 27 points in 29 minutes and seven assists.
