The Knicks are determined not to repeat the mistakes of two years ago, when after a playoff season they won just 37 games, notes Braziller of the New York Post. There were significant roster changes leading up to that disappointment, but the organization emphasized continuity this summer, with free agent Donte DiVincenzo the only significant addition.
“The team was a little different. We had to try to understand things differently,” recalled RJ Barrett. “In the end, it didn’t work. That’s what I’ll say is the difference. This year we added Donte, but we pretty much have the same guys out there. I think it should be better.”
