The New York Knicks need a big star in their ranks, and that guy could be the LaMelo Ball rookie.

LaVar Ball’s 19-year-old son is one of the top names in the 2020 NBA Draft alongside Anthony Edwards and James Wiseman. But the problem is that the Knicks are in 8th place, suggesting that they have high odds to overcome to acquire the 6-foot-7 guard.

The wise move is to move up to the top three if the Knicks are intent on acquiring the brother of the New Orleans Pelicans’ Lonzo Ball. The Minnesota Timberwolves choose first, followed by the Golden State Warriors and the Charlotte Hornets.

It was already reported recently by the New York Post that the Knicks are exploring trading options to increase the 2020 NBA Draft. The good news for them is that the Warriors are open to bids for their lottery win, the San reported. Francisco Chronicle.

However, the question is, what will convince the Dubs to accept a deal?

Gavin Schall and Ricky O’Donnell discussed the possibilities on the Locked On Knicks podcast. A package has been suggested involving Mitchell Robinson, a promising great man who could get better with the right guidance.

The Knicks have two choices in the first round. In addition to the eighth absolute selection, they also hold the rights to the twenty-seventh absolute selection.
