Knicks Rumors: Jordan Nwora the shooter for New York

One of the first names that Scott Perry should have written on his list is the former Louisville Cardinals striker Jordan Nwora, a truly impressive shooter.

During his three-year career in Louisville, Nwora has converted 178 goals in three points, including 153 in the past two seasons. He fired a collective 39.4 percent from beyond the arc during those three campaigns, including his 40.4 percent mark in 2019-20.

Nwora was an absolute marksman beyond the college’s three-point line and the mechanics in place suggest that he may be the same in the NBA.

Nwora has the size and athleticism to potentially provide value elsewhere, but the end result as a shooting gallery 4 would not be a bad thing. An abundance of teams has found ways to incorporate these players into prominent roles, including by using them on the path to the postseason.

If the Knicks decide to select a perspective in a different position at number 6 in total, then Nwora could help bring depth and shot to a team that needs both number 27 and number 38.
