Knicks Rumors: Hartenstein’s Future Is Away From New York

Unbelievable but true. Isaiah Hartenstein could be traded by the Knicks. Many Knicks fans were happy to see Hartenstein move from Los Angeles to New York. Additionally, Hartenstein was the first to sign the Knicks deal in the offseason, a two-year, $16 million deal.

However, Hartenstein has suffered so far and not a little, especially in defense in the absence of Mitchell Robinson. One more reason to hypothesize a trade. This is confirmed by Yossi Gozlan of HoopsHype:

“In the Knicks, I would keep an eye on Isaiah Hartenstein. The Knicks may decide to sell some of their veterans. Jericho Sims has a lot of fans in the front office, the Knicks got Jalen Brunson with a goal to win.”

The Knicks are always waiting for a star on their roster and Hartenstein could be the player to trade for it.
