Knicks Rumors, Frank Ntilikina in the sights of Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are in a great position as a franchise with three All-Stars returning from injury a former No. 1 overall set for a breakout season on the wing at Andrew Wiggins and key collaborators like Eric Paschall, Kevon Looney and second-year guard Jordan Poole, as determined as ever.

With the second overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, the Warriors can either be aggressive and take a superior talent to increase their depth, or use this pick to their advantage and trade to acquire more future resources.

Jonathan Wasserman, the lead writer of the NBA Draft for Bleacher Report, believes the Warriors will be looking to get off the # 1 pick. 2 with the New York Knicks as potential suitors. In his latest 2020 NBA Mock Draft, Wasserman believes the Knicks will trade with LaMelo Ball, giving Golden State Warriors Frank Ntilikina, the No. 8 and 27 in the 2020 NBA Draft and the choice of the first round of the 2021 Dallas Mavericks owned by the New York Knicks (via trade Kristaps Porzingis).

As much as Warriors fans may want their organization to keep the pick and draft of one of the potential big names still on the board, it might not be a bad idea to take this swap offer if the Knicks call him.
