The Knicks didn’t release Kevin Knox, Frank Ntilikina, or any of their first-round picks in the Derrick Rose trade on Sunday, The Post learned.

Although Knox and Ntilikina are out of rotation, the Knicks are saving as many young resources as possible for a major future deal.

The Knicks, as well as many other teams, are monitoring the situation of shooting guard Bradley Beal. The Knicks (11-15) are watching the player closely on Friday.

The Knicks in fact face the Beal’s Wizards (6-15) on Friday in Washington.
