Kevin Knox was a candle from the bench in the first half, dropping five of his eight three-pointers and scoring 17 points in the first half.

But despite the 19 points overall for the season, he, along with the rest of the team, was apparently closed in the second half and the Hornets withdrew. Charlotte beat New York 52-38 in the final 24 minutes of play, causing the Knicks to fail to reach 90 points for a third straight game.
