Knicks’ Julius Randle makes sensational decision ahead of 2023-24 season

Julius Randle has been with the New York Knicks since the start of the 2019-20 season and has made two All-Star appearances in the last four seasons. Along with Jalen Brunson and RJ Barrett, Randle has his team in prime position to compete at the highest level possible in the Eastern Conference.

One of the best forwards in the league, Randle signed a four-year, $117 million contract extension in 2021 to stay in New York. With two years left on his current contract after the 2023-24 season, the 28-year-old will be eligible for a new extension at some point. However, he will not have the same representation in negotiating this potential contract with the Knicks.

The Creative Artists Agency (CAA), which represents some of America’s most prolific professional athletes, has been working with Randle for quite some time. On Monday, WME Sports announced on social media that it had signed the Knicks forward, ending its partnership with CAA.
