Kings guard De’Aaron Fox and Knicks guard Jalen Brunson have been named NBA Players of the Week, the league announced Monday. Fox won the weekly award for the Western Conference, while Brunson won for the East.
Brunson guided the Knicks to a 3-1 week, with all those games coming up. In those four appearances he averaged 28.5 points, 6.5 assists and 3.5 rebounds on .476/.543/.882. New York has won six of its last seven games and is currently 8-5, tied for the fourth-best record in the East.
