The positive start of the season for the New York Knicks is now a pale memory: against the Cavs comes the fifth consecutive defeat, wasting the 16-0 run with which they had advanced at the beginning of the last quarter. For coach Thibodeau, Julius Randle’s 28s, Immanuel Quickley’s 23rd season high and RJ Barrett’s 20s are not enough to overcome a team without three starters and with the new arrivals Allen and Prince still unavailable.
