Kenny Payne has be hired by the New York Knicks. Payne has a close relationship with Knicks top executive William Wesley. Payne is known for coaching great men in Kentucky, including Karl-Anthony Towns of Minnesota.
“KP is one of the best development coaches in the world,” Towns told The Athletic last year. “KP is the horse under the jockey who drives Kentucky basketball.”
According to Begley, it’s reasonable to assume Payne can help the Knicks make a stronger case to a free agent he’s having an affair with.
