Jalen Brunson doesn’t hold back his thoughts on the Game 4 loss

The New York Knicks are having some problems right now.

Tom Thibodeau’s team is heavily decimated by injuries and it seems that the Indiana Pacers have got it right in defense.

They were already down two key players in Mitchell Robinson and Julius Randle, not to mention a key reserve and efficient scorer in Bojan Bogdanovic.

Now they also lost their best defender, OG Anunoby, who could give them 15 to 20 points every night.

This has left Jalen Brunson on an island as the only legitimate scoring threat in New York, and the Pacers will gladly take that.

However, Brunson doesn’t believe there should be any excuses for their poor performance in Game 4.

Speaking after the game, the former Dallas Mavericks guard shot down the narrative that the team was shorthanded and whatnot, saying they weren’t going to make any excuses (via New York Basketball ).
