Since Dallas failed to qualify for the NBA playoffs there have been a number of rumblings suggesting there may be trouble in heaven between the Mavericks organization and their franchise cornerstone, Luka Doncic, with ESPN’s Tim MacMahon reporting that there are internal problems fear that the superstar may request a trade.
If that happens, a big chunk of the other 29 teams in the league will be looking to enter the lottery, and the Knicks should definitely be one of them.
A player of Luka Doncic’s caliber is something you only see once in a blue moon. With his ability to score, facilitate and rebound he covers a huge amount of bases within a team’s scheme and can seemingly fit into any position from that up to a four ball.
